Ingredients

  1. Shrimp, as much as you like
  2. 1 cupbreadcrumbs (about 100 grams)
  3. 4eggs
  4. Spices:
  5. 1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
  6. 1/2 teaspoonground coriander
  7. 1 pinchturmeric and curry powder
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 pinchground ginger
  10. 1 pinchcinnamon
  11. 1/2 tablespoonvinegar
  12. 1 teaspoongarlic powder

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with a light pinch of salt, black pepper, coriander, and garlic powder.

    Add all the spices listed above to the eggs and beat well until fully combined.

    Use your preferred type of shrimp.

    After removing the shrimp from the package, rinse briefly with water and pat dry with a paper towel.

    Coat the shrimp in the breadcrumb mixture.

    Fry the shrimp in hot oil, turning after 30 seconds. Watch carefully to avoid burning and to keep a nice golden color.

    After frying, drain the shrimp.

    Serve with salads, ketchup, and your favorite sauce.

    Dip each shrimp well in the egg mixture before coating with breadcrumbs.
