Place the sugar in a blender and pulse until the sugar turns to very fine powder. (Don't leave the blender on high if not the heat generated by the blender blades can burn the sugar).

Check the sugar if it is not fine enough pulse again.once it has achieved the right consistency, add the corn starch and pulse for a couple of seconds to combine.store in an air tight container.
