150 grfreshly grated Horseradish
2cooked Beets - grated
1 tbspsugar
2 tbspRed Wine vinegar
to tastesalt

In a bowl put the Horseradish and Beets and mix well.

Season with sugar, vinegar and salt to taste

Spoon into a sterilized jar or container and press down firmly.

Store in the refrigerator, it will keep for 2 - 3 weeks at least.
