How to make Vermicelli cup Recipe: Put butter in a non stick pan and roast vermicelli on medium flame till it becomes brown in colour. Keep on stirring so that it gets evenly roasted.

Switch off the flame and add condense milk. Mix it until well combined.

Now take a muffins mold or Silicone cup (i used muffins mold) and spread the vermicelli mixture in a cup while still warm. Press it lightly with the help of spoon so that it takes the shape of cup. Now keep the cup in a refrigerator for 30 mins to set.

For lemon curd cream method: Beat together the eggs, egg yolk, sugar, zest and juice. Beat well. Then Pour into a small saucepan and stir over low-medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. And it will become thick. Then wrap it n put it in refrigerator for 2 hours.

Then take whipped cream in a bowl n whipped it very well. Then add lemon curd 2-3 2tbsp in it n mix well lemon curd cream is ready now..

Take out the Vermicelli cup from the silicon/muffins mould and fill the lemon curd cream into vermicelli cups.

Garnish with some cherries n mint leaves and some lemon zest..

Serve cool...
