First we have to make a amla mix for that make a fine paste of deseeded ramla ginger garlic green chilli and leaves

Into a hot pan and oil and splatter mustard seeds, then and Bengal gram cashew nuts, when it changes it's colour

And hing to it add sliced onion with some salt,turmeric powder and pepper powder and saute

Then at the amla mix well it's raw smell goes

And yoghurt,andvegetables cookwell on low flame.add salt if needed

Once it is done at the cook rice mix well,close and cook on low flame for 5 minutes
