Step 1: Take 1 cup wheat flour and add sooji 3 - 4 tbsp and curd 3 - 4 tbsp..

Step 2 : Now add salt 1/2 tsp and add water 1 cup + 3 tbsp or for the batter required and mix well and rest for 10 minutes..

Step 3 : Now add 1 sachet regular eno and mix well(note : eno should be added just before cooking)..now take a pan add 1 tbsp oil and grease well..pour dosa batter and spread gently and add oil 1 tsp on corners of dosa..

Step 4 : Now add 2 tbsp tomato sauce or chutney to dosa and spread all over dosa and cook for 2 min..dosa is ready to serve now..serve dosa hot with coconut chutney or Tomato chutney or green chutney..
