Ingredients

  • 1 cuproasted Dalia/ split chana dal
  • 1 cupoats roasted
  • 1 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 5-6 strandssaffron soaked in 2 tsp milk
  • 3 tbspnuts powdered
  • as requiredFor garnish pistachios, almonds, cashews

  1. 1

    In mixer grind the dalia, oats into a fine powder.

    Transfer into a big bowl. Add nuts powder, powdered sugar and mix well.

    Melt ghee in a sauce pan and turn off the flame.

  4. 4

    Add the saffron, melted hot ghee little by little to the dalia mixture and mix them well with a laddle.

  5. 5

    After add all the ghee use your hand and combine them inform a dough.

  6. 6

    Now you can shape as a Pindi ya as you like.

    Garnish with nuts or varak. Store it in a airtight container and enjoy them for a week.
