Preheat the oven to 180°C

Lightly oil 1.5 L ovenproof dish

Heat the schmaltz in a frying pan and add the onions and cook stirring constantly over a medium heat for about 10 minutes or until golden, cool slightly

Place the eggs, mayonnaise, garlic, paprika, noodles, onion and half the parsley in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix together well

Place the mixture in the prepared dish and cook for about 45 minutes or until golden and set.

Sprinkle with the remaining parsley and serve immediately
