    Firstly, get the beans and remove dirty particles from it then transfer the beans into the motar and add little water in it and use pestle to remove the beans skin. Then use water to wash away the skin from beans, sock the beans into the water for 39min after that mixed it with vegetables except tomatoes,

    Then use hard blender to blend it till smooth, then add salt, spices and veg oil mix them all to make it smooth and add the chopped spring onion on it.

    Then use the cake piece pan pour some amount into each pan and settle them into the steamer cover the steamer and allow it to steam for hour or as desired under medium heat the remove it from fire when it was done and serve it.

    For the sauce, firstly cut ur onion, scotch bonnet, and red bell pepper then put it in a pot and add water inside then boiled the vegetables when it done add little of veg oil and spices then mixed it then take ur egg and add it then mix it well until the egg is fried then leave it for 3min then serve it.
