Take 1 cup besan in a bowl add 1 tsp coriander 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp jeera,coriander powder mix well

Add 2/3 tsp oil and mix well

Make a dough rest for 10 min.

Take water in a big utensil keep on high flame

Take some amount of dough and make a round shape one by one

Put it boiling water one by one now keep flame medium

Grind tomato,ginger,garlic.

Now check gatta if they are floating in water.keep out from water.

Keep aside and let it cool keep boiled water aside.

Cut in pieces and dry roast for few minutes.

Hot tsp jeera and oil fry for few seconds

Add roasted gatta cook another 5 min.

Besan ka gatta ki subji is ready.

Now serve hot roti,pickle and salt.
