Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupRice flour
  2. 1/2 cupwheat flour
  3. 1/2 cupragi flour
  4. To tasteSalt
  5. As neededOil / ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix all flour

    Add water to make batter. Add salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Heat tawa, take a ladle full of batter and spread on tawa. Apply oil. Close the lid and cook for 30 seconds.

    Open the lid flip the dosa cook for couple of seconds and serve hot with chutney.
