Diced the potatoe to your desired choice and sprinkle some salt the fry at hot oil

Put 1tbsp of oil then the minced meat red and green peper with the onion garlic some seasoning and stir fry

Add in your fried potatoe in

Beat the eggs add a pinch of salt and onion fry in a large pan and add the potatoes at the edge and roll over

Enjoy the new look

Serve with tea or juice of your choice
