Ingredients

  1. For rasmalai balls:
  2. 1 cupmilk powder
  3. 1/4 cupmilk
  4. 2 tbsppowder sugar
  5. For rabri:
  6. 2 ltrmilk(full fat)
  7. 1 tbspcustard powder
  8. 10 tspsugar
  9. 1/2 cupmilk powder
  10. 10 strandssaffron
  11. 1 tspeverest dudh masala

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients under rabri and start boiling milk.

  2. 2

    Oncee milk is boiled reduce the flame and add kesar,and everest dudh masala. Cook in low flame till milk.reduces to half and thicken.slightly.

    For rasmalai balls take milk powder, milk and powder sugar in a deep kadhai. Mix week and cook till it leaves the sides and forms a.dough.

    Cool down completely and with the help of ghee prepare balls of it.

  5. 5

    Pour rabri on prepared rasmalai balls and refrigerator it for 2hrs. Serve chilled.
