Method:
Place oil coated brinjal and tomato on flame
Heat oil in pan and soften onion till translucentAdd garlic and stirr to lightly fried

In the mean time burn vegies on flame completely till the skin turns black
Peel the skin and mesh tomato and brinjal seperatly.
Add meshed tomato in pan having onion and garlic.Stir to fry.

Add red chilli flakes 1/2 tps, salt 1/2 tps and mix well.
Add meshed brijal and fry in medium flame for 1-2 minutes, add green chilli and green Coriander.
Lid the flame and place on law flame for 5 minutes.

Baigan ka bharta is Ready to eat.
