Pesarattu is one of nutritious authentic breakfast dish of Andhra cusine. This delicious dosa made from Moong ( whole green gram) without rice . I created it with sprouted moong for healthy version.

Pesarattu is one of nutritious authentic breakfast dish of Andhra cusine. This delicious dosa made from Moong ( whole green gram) without rice . I created it with sprouted moong for healthy version.
Steps

Blend sprouts moong, chopped onion and chillies-ginger pieces, besan,salt in mixer jar and grind to coarse mixture. Add little water to make dosa like batter.

Heat nonstick dosa tawa, grease with oil.Wipe with tissue paper. Take a laddle full of prepared sprouts moong batter,pour in centre of tawa,spread in circular motion,make round dosa. Sprinkle oil and roasted on both side till golden brown and crispy. Similarly prepared all dosas.

Serve Hot Pesarattu Sprouts Moong Dosa with green coriander- coconut chutney and hot coffee for complete nutritious breakfast meal.
