Steps

Broil your chicken in salty water and pluck it

Make a paste by mixing corn starch with water, rosemary, paprika, salt and pepper and pour into the bowl with chicken.

Roll out the puff pastry dough and cut into smaller circles

Using a spoon, scoop the chicken and place on the dough on one side (half side)

Place the sliced onions and a little garlic slices

Place the grated cheese

Spread some egg wash n the edges round and seal by lifting the other half side to cover the stuffings. press the edges with your index finger

Using a fork, seal completely the edges of the pie

Place in a greased oven tray and apply some egg wash. bake for 10 - 15 minutes under 180 degrees celcius or until golden btown

Remove from oven and brush some molten margarine on top.
