250 gbrinjal(cut in slice)
3potato(cut in slice)
2choppped onion
2choppped tomato
2Green chilli finely chopped
1 tsp ginger, garlic paste
1 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
To tasteRed chilli powder
As neededoil
To tastesalt

Heat oil in Kadahi add onion and saute it then add tomato, green chilli and saute it

Then add ginger garlic paste and all spices and mix it
3

Then add brinjal and potato and cook it 4-5 mintues
