Ingredients

  1. 250 gbrinjal(cut in slice)
  2. 3potato(cut in slice)
  3. 2choppped onion
  4. 2choppped tomato
  5. 2Green chilli finely chopped
  6. 1 tsp ginger, garlic paste
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  9. To tasteRed chilli powder
  10. As neededoil
  11. To tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in Kadahi add onion and saute it then add tomato, green chilli and saute it

  2. 2

    Then add ginger garlic paste and all spices and mix it

  3. 3

    Then add brinjal and potato and cook it 4-5 mintues

  4. 4

    Now serve it
