Wash and peel potatoes, and prick spiral gadget inside and do spirals from potatoes.

Wash into clean water. Do half from each spirals, and if u want it long then don't cut.

Strain access water. And keep into strainer for 5-10 min.

Add ghee into thick pan or nonstick pan, and add spirals. Not to wait for heating ghee. Just wait to melt then add.

Saute on medium heat till golden from both sides. Turn in between.

When turns light brown and crispy add black pepper, red chilli powder and ginger. Mix well and transfer into plate.

Serve hot with ketchup, or flavoured mayonnaise or cheese spread.
