First take a bowl add roasted besan,curd,ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder and Chaat masala mix the ingredients well add lemon juice mix it well there must be no lumps in it add paneer pieces coat it gently and rest it for 30 mins keep the marinate material in fridge to set it

Now afterwards take a bowl add nachoas powder and bread crumbs mix together now take a paneer cube coated with nachos bread crumb mixture when all paneer done keep the mixture kept in fridge for 10 mins and fry the paneer Popcorns in oil till it's golden colour

I made beetroot kachumber place the material than paneer Popcorns decorate with mayonnaise and ketchup and Coriander leaves serve it
