Steps

Cut the leftover chapati into small pieces and keep it aside.

Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin until Brown.

Add the chopped onion, green chilli, capsicum and tomatoes.

Add turmeric powder, salt, red chilli, soya sauce, vinegar and mix it well.

Cover the pan with a lid and let it took over a low flame for 2 minutes.

Then add chapati flakes and mix well and again cook for 2 mins more.

Turn off the flame and add lemon juice. Mix until everything is well combined.

Serve hot and garnish with mint leaves.
