Peel, wash and cut carrot, onion and potato...

Heat oil in a cooker. Add cumin seeds, asafetida and onion...till onion turns red..add turmeric and red chilli powder...now add gajar,aaloo and matar...mix well...now add salt to taste.....mix well and cover the cooker...

After a whistle switch the flame low....after 5 minutes switch the gas off...

Now addgaram masala and coriander leaves.....

Gajar, matar, aaloo is ready to eat...
