Take a big bowl add semolina, water curd and sakt and make battet like idli batter add eno pouch and pour batter into Grease mould of dhokla.

Steam it for 6 to 7 minute, check it with toothpick, or knife, when it comes out clean, it is ready.

Heat a apn add oil, add sesame seeds and and roast dhokla.

Cut into small pieces and serve it.
