Steps

Peel patal wash it.
Soak poppy seeds and cashew nuts for 15-20min.
Heat oil into pan. - 2
Fry patal on high flame for 3-4 min.till golden colour.

Take a mixer jar add soaked poppy seeds and cashew nuts,cumin seeds and dry red chilli and make a smooth fine paste of it into mixer jar.heat 2 tbsp of oil add bay leaf and giger garlic paste saute it.

Now add chopped onion fry it for 2-3 min.on medium flame now add poppy seeds and cashew paste.

Fry it for 2-3 min.than add fried patal.

Now add 1-1/2 cup of water and salt mix it gently.cover it with lid cook it 5-6 min on medium flame

It's done. Serve it hot with roti or rice.
