Spread meat out onto a plate and add spices, then chop up jalapenos and rip up bacon strips into bits. Add half the bits into each plate of meat along with jalapenos.

Next roll the meat up from the sides and form a ball and flatten in to BIG FAT Patty! Season once more on both sides.

Finally. Add the rest of the bits in to a fold of tinfoil to slow cook along side with the meat. Cook meat to your liking When ready top with the rest of jalapenos and the bacon bits, cover with 2 slices of chesse till melted.
