Roast raw mango on gas.

After that peel it and grind it's pulp in grinder.

Add Mint chutney, Sugar chutney, black salt, green food colour and black pepper powder. Add water as needed & mix them well.

Now strain the mixture and keep it in fridge for 30-40 minutes. Green mango juice is ready to serve.
