Chicken Egg Cup Pizza

Take 4 bread slices. Cut out all the four ends of the bread slices. Apply garlic butter on one side and burger mayonnaise on the other side. Place the buttered side in silicon cup moulds. Set aside.

Wash the chicken pieces nicely. Drain completely. In a mixing bowl, add chicken pieces, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and olive oil. Mix well and marinate for few hours. Steam it in a rice cooker or steamer. Allow it to cool.

When the chicken is slightly warm, shred it an place the shredded chicken over the mayo bread.

In a bowl, add eggs and beat it. To it, add green chillies, crushed pepper and salt. Mix well and pour over the shredded chicken and bake it in Air Fryer at 120°C for 7 minutes. If you want it crispy, you may bake it for few more minutes.

Place cheese slice over it and again bake it for a minute or two.

You can garnish it with herbs/ oregano/chilli flakes and serve.
