Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsspinach
  2. 1 packet maggi noodels(boiled)
  3. 1medium aloo finely chopped
  4. 50 gms fresh methi leaves(chopped)
  5. 25 grams fresh dhaniya (chopped)
  6. 2onion finely chopped
  7. 8 clovesgarlic
  8. 1/2finely chopped capsicum
  9. as requiredBesan
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 tspchilli sauce
  12. 1 tspsoya sauce
  13. 1 tspred chilli powder
  14. Pinchsoda bi carb
  15. 1 tsp ginger chilli paste
  16. as requiredWater
  17. 1/4 cupcabbage chopped
  18. as requiredOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl and add all chopped veggies

  2. 2

    Then add salt,soda chilli powder and soya sauce an mix it well an keep for 10 mints to rest

  3. 3

    Than add noodles besan an mix it well if required add water an make thick batter for pakoda

  4. 4

    Take pan add oil when tempers put pakoda into oil an fry till brown

  5. 5

    Serve with ketchup or schezwan sauce or choice of your chutney
