Ingredients

1 bowlcooked left over rice
2-3 podsgarlic
to tastesalt
1 teaspooncumin seeds
1 teaspoonred chilli powdar
for fryingoil

Steps

1

Soak left over rice for 1 hour.Drain water,add garlic and make smooth paste.
2

Add red chilli powdar,salt,cumin seeds.Take in machine,make stick and let it dry in high sunlight.
3

Deep fry in hot oil redy to serve.
