Keep raw mangoes, jaggery and all spices ready,peel it add cut into small pieces.

Heat oil and crackle the cumin bay leaf,and black mustard and switch off the gas now put the lid for 5 minutes,after 5 minutes add raw mangoes cook for 7 to 10 minutes then add all spices. After getting soft add jaggery and leave it till jaggery melts itself and switch off the flame.Take out in a dish plate garnish with mint leaves.
