White Chocolate in a Silicone Mold

Steps
- 1
Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler. Brush a thin layer into the silicone mold, then add a second layer. Place the mold in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.
- 2
Grind the cookies and nuts, then add the butter and halva. Mix well until it forms a dough-like consistency. You can add more butter, halva, or a little white chocolate if needed to help it come together.
- 3
Place a small amount of the cookie mixture over the chocolate in the mold and press it down to fit the shape. Add a spoonful of white chocolate on top to cover the filling. Refrigerate the mold for 1 hour until set.
- 4
Remove the chocolates from the silicone mold. They are now ready to serve. Enjoy!
