Make rice the usual way, and in the boiling water add tumeric powder and let the rice cook

Blend ginger and garlic and add 3 teaspoons of biryani masala

Put the mixture in a bowl and add beef, 4 TBS of tomato paste, tomatoes and mala(sour milk) them refrigerate overnight

Cut the onions in rings and deep fry them

In a sufuria, fry beef cook well and add salt stirring continuously

Add onions and let them cook
- 7
Serve food.
