Take a non stick kadai add one tsp oil and add cumin seeds,when they start to crackle, add finely chopped onion and garlic saute until it turns light brown.add sattu and salt and mix well.

Knead a dough by adding water in flour.

Make balls out of the dough for making paranthe.roll out to make paranthe and fill a portion of sattu in the middle enfold the filling properly and make flat balls for rolling it again heat tawa and cook the paratha from both sides for better cooking keep the flame low sattu paranthe are ready to serve hot with chutney..
