Ingredients

  1. 250 gall purpose flour
  2. 250 gAtta flour
  3. 50 gsugar
  4. 20 gmargarine
  5. 1 sachetYeast
  6. Yellow food colour
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. 250 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    A picture of step 1 of Buns/sconce,-named.

    Seive the flour, add sugar yeast,food colouring and margarine and mix using your clean hand.

  3. 3

    After mixing well add the pinch of salt and mix.

  4. 4

    Add water bit to bit as you knead to.

  5. 5

    Leave it to rest for 25 minutes as it proofs. Prepare the baking tins by greasing them.

  6. 6

    Beat the air out and knead some more.

  7. 7

    Form some small balls and put in the baking tins. Space the ball.

  8. 8

    Let them rest for 45 minutes.

  9. 9

    Preheat the oven for 10 mintues. Bake at 180 for 25-30 minutes.

  10. 10

    Enjoy when ready with your cup of coffee.
