  • 200 gsugar
  • 200 gblue band
  • 3eggs
  • 1 cupblended pineapple juice
  • 400 gself rising flour
  • I teaspoon pineapple essence

    Preheat oven at 160 and grease your pan...Mix blueband and sugar till fluffy

  2. 2

    Add egg one by one

  3. 3

    Add the essence

  4. 4

    Add flour alternating with Juice

  5. 5

    Bake 40 minutes
