2 tspcumin
to taste as per need Salt acoording
to tasteRed chilli

2 tbspcoruander powder
1 tspkitchen king masala
2 tspkasuri methi

Heat oil add cumin,saute onion till translucent,add all spices and enough water

Let it boil for few minutes and now add aloo,cook untill it's soft,serve hot with paratha
