Peel yam, cut,wash put in a pot, add salt to taste, add enough water for boiling, cook until yam is soft. Set aside!

Put a frying pan on fire, pour vegetable oil, allow to get hot, add the chopped onions, add the sliced tomatoes and pepper, stir and allow to fry for about 20mins. Add some seasoning cubes and salt to taste. Break the eggs, whisk and pour in the tomato sauce. Allow to set a bit, then stir roughly to mash the eggs in the sauce. Turn off hear and allow to cool a bit.

Your egg sauce is ready! Serve with the boiled yam. Enjoy!
