Mix water, flour, clarified butter and salt and make soft dough.

Take boiled potatoes and mash it.

Now add all other ingredients in it other than ghee.

Mix it well.

Now make balls from prepared dough and aloo masala.

Take one wheat dough ball and roll a mini chapati from it.

Now dust aloo masala ball with wheat flour and fill it in mini chapati.

Now seal it.

Again roll it and make one big chapati.

Now cook it from both sides till it gets golden in colour with help of brushing ghee.

Aloo Paratha ready.
