  • 6 pcslamb racks
  • 1 dlbeer
  • 1 tablespoonhoney
  • 1 teaspoonBlack pepper
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoon5 spices powder
  • 1 teaspoonmirin
  • 1 tablespoonsoya sauce
  • 10 gramfresh rosemarry
  • 2 pcsstar arnise
  • 1 tablespooncorn starch

Steps

  1. 1

    Mixed all ingredients together, keep in fridge and marinated for 48 hours.

  2. 2

    Ready the oven on 250°. Put the ready marinated lamb racks into the oven, grilled for 5 minutes. Then is ready for served.
