Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 cupRoasted vermicelli (to be boiled in 2cups of water with some salt and few drops of oil)
  • 4Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1Onion medium sliced
  • 1 cupVeggies of you choice chopped finely (capsicum and carrots give best results)
  • 1/2 spoonKetchup
  • 1/2 spoonGreen chilli sauce
  • as per tasteRed chilli sauce
  • 1/2 spoonSoy sauce
  • 1/4 spoonChilli vinegar
  • 1.5 spoonCoriander powder
  • 1/2 spoonDeghi mirch
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 spoonBlack pepper power

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan with one spoon of oil, add garlic and sauce.

  2. 2

    Now add onion slices and all the veggies.

  3. 3

    Let them cook for 2 mins and now add all sauce and dry spices.

  4. 4

    Mix well.

  5. 5

    Now add boiled vermicelli to this. Give it a mix. Cook for 2-3 mins and you are done
