Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsShredded chicken
  2. 1 cupcapsicum finely chopped
  3. 1 cupcarrot finely chopped
  4. 1 cupshredded cabbage
  5. 3 tbsp spring onion
  6. to tasteSalt and black pepper
  7. 2 tbspSoya sauce
  8. 2 tbspGreen chilli sauce
  9. As neededSpring roll sheets
  10. as neededCheese (optinal)
  11. 1 tspOregano leaves (optinal)

Cooking Instructions

    Boil chicken with ginger garlic paste black pepper and salt and shred it.

    Now in pan add butter add veggies (capsicum carrot cabbage spring onion) saute on a medium flame for 5 mins then add chicken soya sauce green chilli sauce black and white pepper salt according to your taste turn off the flame

    Let it cool down for a min. Then add grated cheese and oregano leaves mix it well. Your spring roll filling is ready

    In a mixing bowl add 2 tbl spoon Maida with some water and make a paste. Now take 1 spring roll sheet put some chicken filling apply Maida paste on the edges and roll it, deep fry till golden brown in colour and serve hot with ketchup and mayo.

    U can also store it in a air tight container and use it later.
