Ingredients

1 cupplain yogurt
1/2 cupmilk
1 cupchopped very ripe mango or a cup of canned mango pulp
4 teaspoonshoney or sugar, more or less to taste
1 dashground cardamom (optional) Ice (optional)

Steps

Put mango, yogurt, milk, sugar and cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes. (i didn't add cardamon)

If you want a more milkshake consistency either blend in some ice as well or serve over ice cubes.

The lassi can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
