Take a kadhai and heat the oil.Add cumin seeds and cracle. Then add chopped onions and translucent.

Add chopped tomatoes and chopped capsicum and cook for 3 - 4 mint.Add boiled peas and boiled soya nuggets and all dry spices and mix well.

Add leftover rice and cook for 3 to 4 mint.Fried rice is ready to serve.
