  1. For peri peri sauce
  2. 2 tspRed chilli powder
  3. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  4. 1/2 tspGinger powder
  5. 1/4 tsppowder sugar
  6. 1/2 tspblack salt
  7. 1/2 tsporegano
  8. 1/4 tspchilli flakes
  9. 2 tbspmayonnaise
  10. For sandwich
  11. 4bread slice
  12. 1tomato
  13. as neededSmall size green capsicum
  14. as neededyellow capsicum
  15. 1medium Onion
  16. As neededShredded Cabbage
  17. 1medium potato
  18. 2 tbspbutter
  19. To tasteChaat masala or sandwich masala

Cooking Instructions

    Peri peri sauce :-In a bowl take red chilli powder garlic and ginger powder, origano, chilli flakes, black salt and sugar and mix well.Now add mayonnaise and mix well. Peri peri sauce is ready.

    Sandwiche:Take bread slices apply butter and now spread peri peri sauce.

    Add a layer of boiled potato Sprinkle sandwich or chat masala. Add a layer of sliced green and yellow pepper Sprinkle sandwich masala add sliced onion and tomato.

    Now add a layer of Cabbage and sandwich masala and close to the sandwich.

    Add grated chesse. Peri peri sandwich is ready. Cut it into 2 or 4 parts and serve.
