Peri peri sauce :-In a bowl take red chilli powder garlic and ginger powder, origano, chilli flakes, black salt and sugar and mix well.Now add mayonnaise and mix well. Peri peri sauce is ready.

Sandwiche:Take bread slices apply butter and now spread peri peri sauce.

Add a layer of boiled potato Sprinkle sandwich or chat masala. Add a layer of sliced green and yellow pepper Sprinkle sandwich masala add sliced onion and tomato.

Now add a layer of Cabbage and sandwich masala and close to the sandwich.

Add grated chesse. Peri peri sandwich is ready. Cut it into 2 or 4 parts and serve.
