Ingredients

  • 4eggs
  • 2medium size onions
  • 1tomato
  • 2-3green chili
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tsproasted and grinded corriander zeera and button chilli
  • to tasteSalt
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute onion in oil until translucent

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and all the spices mix well until tomato get soft

  3. 3

    Add a very little water.

  4. 4

    Add beaten eggs and mix to scramble

  5. 5

    Cook until oil separates add green chillies and coriander

  6. 6

    Serve hot with chapati or paratha
