Steps

Take a big bowl, add curd, Besan, turmeric powder & red chilli powder & whisk it to a smooth consistency.

Add water & mix well to a thin consistency.

Heat ghee in a heavy bottomed pan on medium flame, add mustard seeds.

Now add pinch of hing,sliced onion & saute until the onion turns translucent.

Now add the kadhi mixture.Enough water & bring it to a boil keeping the flame on high.

Lower the heat season with salt & let the kadhi simmer for 10 minutes.

Turn of the heat & prepare to second tadka.

Heat ghee in a small tadka pan on a medium heat, add jeera & dhaniya seeds and let it splutter.

Add the curry leaves mix & switch off the heat.

Add the red chilli powder, mix & pour it over the kadhi.
