Cooking Instructions

In a pan add sugar and caramelize till light brown colour reaches.

Then add butter to the caramilized sugar and after the butter melts, add the chopped nuts to it.

When the mixture gets together and comes out of the pan, transfer to a plate. (No greasing of plate is required)

After the bar cools down, break it into chunks and serve.

This can be eaten just like that and goes best with ice creams, fresh cream cakes and shakes.

My family love this sauce and will happily eat it straight from the pan if its left unattended.Beautiful over crepes with sliced banana.Measurements dont really matter too much just approx equal quantities of butter and sugar and the cream can be added to personal taste whether you prefer it more toffee or more creamy.
