Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 3 cloosely packed baby spinach leaves
  2. 1large cucumber, peeled and seeds removed
  3. 1avocado
  4. 1/2lime, peel and white pith removed (can just squeeze with citrus squeezer)
  5. 12-16 ozcold water
  6. Optional: muddled mint

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine the spinach, cucumber, avocado, lime and water in blender

  2. 2

    Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Turn off blender and check consistency. Add water as needed. Pour into chilled glass, stir, and serve.

  3. 3

    Can be kept in fridge in a blender jar, shaker cup or mason jar for up to 12 hours. Blend or shake well before serving.
