Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1/2 cuprava
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 1/2 cupcurd
  4. As requiredWater
  5. Forstuffing:-
  6. To tasteSalt
  7. 1 tbspSchezwan sauce
  8. 1-2Green chillies
  9. As requiredOil
  10. 2 tbspSago soaked
  11. 1/2Carrot grated
  12. 1/2cucumber grated
  13. 1Finely chopped onion
  14. 1/2finely chopped tomato
  15. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  16. 1Mashed potato

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add curd and rava mix well add little water.Keep aside for 15 mins.

  2. 2

    In a pan add oil and all other ing and mix well and cook all veggies well and simmer on low flame and switch of flame.

  3. 3

    Next in blender blend the curd mixture and blend in smooth batter in semi thin consistency.

  4. 4

    Next make mini uttapam put stuffing again put batter on it and cook from both sides till it turns golden brown.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with coconut chutney.
