In a bowl add curd and rava mix well add little water.Keep aside for 15 mins.

In a pan add oil and all other ing and mix well and cook all veggies well and simmer on low flame and switch of flame.

Next in blender blend the curd mixture and blend in smooth batter in semi thin consistency.

Next make mini uttapam put stuffing again put batter on it and cook from both sides till it turns golden brown.

Serve hot with coconut chutney.
